		<description>I've often said you can have it all - if you're willing to work at it.  I think its when we put too much emphasis on any one area of our life that we get stressed and out of balance.  I haven't spent a lot of time on your blog (yet!) but I too am a mom - my kids are 4 and 2.  I know when I spent all my time focused on them and zero on my other interests I got very depressed... and was labeled with "post partum depression".  But really, what I needed was a breath of fresh air, a walk, a prayer, a date with my husband and a some focus on my other passions - like my work.

		<description>I don't think we can have it all in this world but as always you can make the best with what you have.  Some have to work,..some can stay home... some have a few children, some a lot.  Whatever the case maybe, it's just about making the best choices you have where you are at.</description>
