‘American Idol’ Guys Are Getting Hotter
There were several really good performances from the guys last night, but one stands out for me: Jason Castro’s version of “Hallelujah.” He made it look effortless. I had to rewind at least once to watch it again. If you missed it, you can view it below.
I still really like the young David Archuletta and the other David (I’ll call him stripper David) was great last night too. Once the groups combine (girls and guys in the top 12) I’ll start giving recaps about each performance every week.

I haven’t really been keeping up with the contestants yet. I don’t typically start watching until the final 12 have been determined. I hear, though, that there’s some really, really talented singers this year, so I’m looking forward to watching.
Yeah, the Hallelujah song was so good, I had to buy Buckley’s version last night on iTunes because Jason’s wasn’t up yet — I really wish the songs they were putting on iTunes were the full versions. I bought David’s Imagine last week, and just felt like it should’ve been discounted to .49 because it was just half! LOL.
BUT…..the “other” Daivd is now unwatchable because of his disclosure about his most embarrassing moment — he should have saved that for the “grossest” moment; now everytime I look at him, that’s all I see and I have to look away!
I actually fast forwarded through their embarrassing moments, because I was too embarrassed to watch them!
