After you wear the clothes make sure that you are putting them in the basket fully stretched, basically the same way they would be if you were to wear them. In this way when they get to the washing machine you don't have to flipped them, but more importantly you won't have to flip them when folding. This will eliminate about 10-15% of the folding time. Does that make sense? (I hope I explained myself) :-) I think I have a good tip to give.
