18 Times?
While I was pregnant I kept thinking about Michelle Duggar and how she’s been pregnant 18 times (actually, I think she has twins so it’s technically not 18, but you get the picture). Every night that I struggled to turn from my left side to the right, I’d think, “How can you do this 18 times?”
When I would get up to go to the bathroom for the tenth time that night, I’d think, “How can you do this 18 times?”
Not being able to bend over and struggling every time you need to get up. “How can you do this 18 times?”
Missing alcohol, caffeine, and for me, sugar (I had gestational diabetes.) “How can you do this 18 times?”
Waiting to go into labor, not knowing if you water will break at the grocery store or at the office. “How can you do this 18 times?”
Contractions, need I say more? “How can you do this 18 times?”
Then, last night as my newborn baby girl was suckling at my breast, I held her perfectly shaped round head in my over-sized hand, amazed at her beauty, and thought, “How can you not want this 18 times?”

congratulations on your new arrival in the family!
hope you get some sleep in between.
18 times… i truly don’t know how women can cope - i find it very brave. I love the 2nd trimester - i can handle that. But the first 3 months and the last 3… were very difficult in my first pregnancy.
I am pregnant again and am looking forward to see how this one develops
I have friends who just love the feeling of being pregnant.
Hi Mamajon! Congrats on baby number 2. I have pretty easy pregnancies, yet have never “loved” being pregnant. I just love the outcome
Hope your second time goes well.
