That I can handle; but if it is 2 years I would feel very, very betrayed! I was just sick watching the "announcement" show -- it just really shocked me when Jon said "I'm EXCITED and sad (or hurt or something...). That was just so telling -- this guy can't handle the responsibility that comes with being a husband and father - he's "excited" that he's "free" and can build a new life: GROW UP buddy! People get "excited" when they finally make a decision to leave a job they hate, but to be "excited" about leaving your children is sad, sad, sad! Although we paid nothing (except our cable billls) to watch the show, they let us believe that this show was something other than what it really was and called it reality. That is not reality that is a lie. TLC committed a hoax at the least and at worst, intellectual fraud. Not only does this show need to end, TLC's brand in my opinion will now ALWAYs be suspect because how can I know that what I'm seeing isn't contrived. Sad for Jon and Kate, Shame on TLC. Maybe they should hire James Frey (million little pieces) to run the network. TLC needs to seriously consider this error.
